Our Application
is SQL database driven and fully customizable from design to the features
that will be incorporated by our clients.
We have developed
our application to be web-enabled in order to allow our clients to monitor
progress in the work as it happens. This means that if an agent has completed
a call, it will appear in the monitoring application simultaneously.
We have also
included web cameras that will enable our clients to see which agent is
placing the calls and if the work is being carried out as agreed. History
of all the camera shots is accessible throughout the day and over the
period of the work.

Camera
One snaps an image every 5 minutes and sends it to where the client
can monitor the progress.
Included
is the date, time and location of the camera.
